We are an intimate cafe, situated on Dee St in the heart of Invers. Accompanied by a passionate team of hospitality craftspeople, who put their hearts and souls into creating eclectic eats and specialty coffee. We offer a welcoming and inspiring environment to all. We feature artwork for sale by local artists within the café. Sustainability is at the core of our business, therefore reducing single-waste use is very important to us. This means we try our best to make as much as we can from scratch including alternative milks and much more. We also grow a range of our produce, as well as roasting our own coffee which has lead to us making our sister brand Mint Roastery, Sold in our Boutique Café as well as online via https://mintroastery.co.nz. What we cannot make or grow ourselves, we source locally… including using Farm Fresh South milk which we have on tap, and Te Waewae free range eggs. Our food philosophy is to embrace local and seasonal produce enhanced by our head chefs culinary creativity, completed with a menu that changes regularly to reflect this. The meals are designed to be nourishing, unique and full of flavour and our coffee to be a consistently delicious experience.
